  • Italian Lager Beer
Beer is the most common drink to have while eating pizza, because it's light and fresh, perfect for the hot Neapolitan climate! Lagers are improving in quality and variety, and you'll be able to try the country's most popular, one of the best on the market, and 100% Italian.
  • A Shot of Neapolitan Liqueur
Italy is also famous for the making of traditional liqueurs, very different from the common spirits, these are obtained by infusion, using local herbs, spices, and fruits. Discover how, by following the ancient original recipes and only using fruits or mixed-herbs, alcohol, and sugar, we are able to produce delicious liqueurs of various flavors.
  • Ammazzacafé
After a sumptuous Italian meal, and before a relaxing siesta, Neapolitans often have a shot of amaro, usually called "ammazzacaffé" ( literally coffee-killer ). The tradition was born among the aristocratic classes, where it was common to move to a different room to smoke and have a cognac or brandy after dinner. Italian amaros are herb-based liqueurs whose composition changes according to the region where it's made, and can vary from very bitter to a delicate bitter-sweet, making it fit for every palate.

"After travelling and living abroad, I made a choice to come back to my true home. The perfect balance between Modernity and tradition, exploring this city day by day offers new experiences every single time. Seeing visitors falling in love with it as I have done, makes me so happy to be a local guide!"

La Sanità is one of the most vibrant areas of Napoli. It's a colorful, open-air market where the street vendors create stunning displays of fruits, vegetables, fish, and sweet treats. Rione Sanità is the place where you'll find small artisan shops, vibrant nightlife, street art and graffiti, and an international and multicultural community.

But we believe that it's impossible to have a complete visit of Napoli without exploring the Decumani District. Decumani (the old Roman street name ) is the historic part of the city. We lead you through the squares, streets, and past churches that still remain from Italy's largest and most important royal city.

I am traveling with my family, is the tour ok for infants/children?

Children are more than welcome to our tour and it's free for any child 2 years or under! We have had many families attend from all over the world and everyone enjoyed the tour.

I don't drink alcohol. Can I book your tour?

This is not a problem, we offer water at all venues.

Is there enough food during your tour?

We give enough food to all our customers. Trust us, you will not need to go to any restaurant after the food tour!

Where do I add my discount voucher?
I would like to take your tour but it is already fully booked. Is there a way I can do the tour?

Our tours are often sold out very quickly. If the date you requested is not available, please do not hesitate to email us and we can see if there is anything we can do.

Is there a lot of walking?

To join our food tour, you should wear comfortable shoes. The route is not too difficult and there are no hills or stairs. If you walk slowly, then our guide will walk slowly as well. We will be able to sit at some of the venues. We highly recommend comfortable shoes such as sneakers, and to avoid flip flop as streets in Naples can be very slippery.

I cannot find a way to print the confirmation. Is it OK if I have it on my phone?

Our guide will take care of everything. Should you wish to try something special, please inform our guide and they will do their best to make you happy.

Where does your food come from?

Top-quality, fresh and local!

What if it rains or I change my plans?

Unfortunately, the weather is unpredictable in Naples. We do not issue refunds as per our terms and conditions. We also inform you that we never cancel a booking even if we have only 2 people, however we do reserve the right to cancel the tour if we feel the weather is extreme, and we cannot run the tour due to this. For more info see our Terms and Conditions: https://www.secrettours.com/terms-and-conditions/

Can I pay the tour in cash?

You must book directly on our website. We do not accept cash payments. Our online payment is safe, secured and SSL protected.

Why do we need to pay for booking fee?

The booking fee that you have to pay is up to our ticket provider and we can't change it. All our clients need to pay for it upon booking. The booking fee charged contributes to the cost of the ticketing system to provide an excellent service to our customers.

Foreign Transaction Fees

A few banks have charged their customer an extra fee while booking with us (this isn't the booking fee but another fee added by the bank). We think this is unfair, if this happens let us know by showing us in your bank statement and we will refund this fee as a gesture of good will.
