What you'll do

On our Secret Walking Tour of London, you'll walk along the same streets and grounds that many of the country's most famous monarchs and members of parliament have walked upon throughout history, including Winston Churchill, King Charles I, Oliver Cromwell and our current Queen Elizabeth II.You'll learn about some of our most iconic sites and the interesting stories and figures of history that are interwoven with the locations themselves. Alongside these stories, your guide will also be sharing 'Secrets' throughout this must-do tour of one of the most visited capitals in the world, London.

  • We'll start by walking down Victoria Street towards the magnificent Westminster Abbey, the place of burial for famous historical figures and the location of some of the most iconic weddings throughout the centuries.
  • You'll see where government resides at Westminster Palace, alongside the House of Commons and House of Lords and of course, the famous Big Ben.
  • We'll stroll past St. James's Park and the site where Churchill would work during the Blitz.
  • We'll pass parallel to Downing Street and through the Horse Guards Parade, before heading up towards Trafalgar Square. You'll work up a thirst by passing by a local watering hole of many of the country's Prime Ministers.
  • You'll stroll past some of the most scandalous haunts that many of the most notorious gentlemen frequented.
  • Channel your inner Prince William & Kate Middelton and feel like a true royal walking along Pall Mall and The Mall up towards the Queen's Royal Residence, Buckingham Palace.

Our tours are often sold out very quickly. If the date you requested is not available, please do not hesitate to email us and we can see if there is anything we can do. We cannot promise but we will try our best to sort something out for you. We may also be able to arrange a Private Tour for your group.

To join our tour, you must wear comfortable shoes. There will be around 2 hours of walking/standing, but it is not too difficult and is broken up between stops. We do not issue refunds as per our terms and conditions. We also inform you that we never cancel a booking even if we have only 2 people! However we do reserve the right to cancel the tour if we feel the weather is extreme, and we cannot run the tour due to this for more info see our Terms and Conditions: https://www.secrettours.com/terms-and-conditions/

Can I pay the tour in cash?

The booking fee that you have to pay is up to our ticket provider and we can't change it. All our clients need to pay for it upon booking. The booking fee charged contributes to the cost of the ticketing system to provide an excellent service to our customers.

Foreign Transaction Fees

A few banks have charged their customer an extra fee while booking with us (this isn't the booking fee but another fee added by the bank). We think this is unfair, if this happens let us know by showing us in your bank statement and we will refund this fee as a gesture of good will.
